How to Apply for Cambridge Grant Funds

Supporting you step-by-step through the IDOE Cambridge Grant application process
Step 1: Connect with Aaron
The IDOE requires a conversation with Cambridge prior to submitting your grant application. Begin your journey by booking a call with Aaron Mitich, your Cambridge grant specialist. He will guide you through every step of the process.
Step 2: Submit your Expression of Interest Form
Complete the Cambridge Expression of Interest Form. Andy will assist you with filling it out. Once submitted, our UK office will review it within 1–2 business days.
Step 2: Define your Funding Plan
We will work with you to develop a clear and compliant plan for how your school will use the grant funds, ensuring alignment with IDOE requirements.
Step 3: Complete your Application
We will continue to support you as you finalize and submit your official IDOE grant application and application to become a Cambridge school.
Step 4: School Approval Visit
When approved by IDOE, Cambridge will arrange a School Approval Visit at your school with your Building and Academic Leadership. There will be a Cambridge application that we will work on jointly with you. Following the School Approval Visit, your application will be sent to the University of Cambridge final approval, after which you will become an official Cambridge School.
After contracts and invoices are settled, you will get full access to Cambridge resources and your School Implementation Manager will begin the formal orientation process. And you'll officially be welcomed into the Cambridge community! 🎉
