The Cambridge advantage in Indiana

  • Cambridge success benefits both students and schools: Students gain preparation for higher education and career, while schools receive funding.
  • Accountability: Schools earn accountability points via Cambridge for college and career coursework and Honors Plus Seal via Cambridge AICE Diploma.
  • Core courses for SAT success: Data from a large district revealed that students taking any one of three Cambridge Advanced core courses show higher first-time SAT scores than their similar peers who did not.
  • Guaranteed college admission: IN students who earn the Honors Plus Seal with Cambridge AICE Diploma are guaranteed admission at ALL Indiana public colleges and universities.
  • Guaranteed college credit: Students earn college credit for passing exam grades on Cambridge Advanced exams at ALL Indiana public colleges and universities — plus credit, recognition or placement at more than 1,000 U.S. colleges and universities.

The Cambridge Pathway

Our integrated and flexible instructional system, the Cambridge Pathway, aligns rigorous curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment for grades PreK-12.

The Cambridge Pathway is a clear path for educational success from age 3 to 19. This image shows how the Pathway aligns with PreK, Elementary, Middle, and High School.

The stages of the Cambridge Pathway correspond to preschool, elementary, middle school, high school, and high school advanced academics. Each stage builds on the learners' development from the previous one.

Schools often begin with one or two courses and expand over time. Many also integrate Cambridge with national and international curricula to suit their educational goals.

"Guaranteed college credit for Cambridge Advanced exams and admission for students earning the Cambridge AICE Diploma is a monumental achievement for Indiana families."
